• 🏠 House Rules: Specific rules and guidelines for this apartment can be found at the apartment and must be adhered too.

• 💰 Security Deposit: A security deposit of 200 Euros will be taken at the beginning of your holiday and held during your stay, to cover any damage caused to the property or breakages, this will be returned in full if the property is returned in the condition you received it.  If you book by an online booking site they will hold the deposit, held by their terms and conditions, and refunded once the property is returned in good order.

• 🔞 Age Requirements: Age restrictions apply to all of our properties, the lead guest must be a minimum of 21 years old to rent this apartment.

• 💶 Payment Policies: To reserve this apartment 25% of the booking cost is to be paid immediately with the final 75% being due 6 weeks before arrival.

• 🧹 Cleaning Policy: Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy during their stay and return the property in a clean state, all rubbish, recycling and open food must be disposed of before check out.

• 🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏼 Occupancy Restrictions: The maximum number of guests in the accommodation can not be exceeded.

• 🚫🐕 Pet Policy: This apartment does not accept pets.

• 🚫🚬 Smoking Policy: This is a non smoking apartment, please do not smoke in this apartment or inside the community.

• 📝Other Specific Policies: This apartment is situated in a residential complex and all guests must be respectful to the neighbours.
